Your privacy is critical to us, and we have a two fundamental principles:

We do not ask or store personal data unless we truly need it.
We do not share personal data with anyone except to comply with the law, solution to run, protect our rights.

Collection of Personal Data

Jira edition - No personal user data is stored

monday.com edition - No personal user data is stored

Web edition - User email upon user account creation (used for Google firebase login and email notifications)

Elimination of Solution Data

Users can delete solution data from within the app. On request we will delete complete company accounts.

Third-Party Services

Solution infrastructure, such as cloud functions and database, is operated by Google Firebase
Hotjar to collect ananomuse user statistic for us to improve the solution

Email Notifications

Users can within the app subscribe to OKR email notifications. An example is a user OKR comment that can trigger an email to the owner. In Jira and monday.com editions emails are obtained via API calls but are never stored. In the Web edition the user registration email is used.

Support Requests

User support requests (for example via a support email) contain email addresses. We reserve the right to store those and the data within the request in order to provide support.
